Our luxurious (Stone Plastic Composite) SPC flooring is designed with an elegant wood-like appearance. The flooring has exceptional scratch protection and is designed for moderate to high foot traffic. SPC Flooring is suitable for residential as well as commercial usage. We carry two wear layer sizes: 12 mils & 20 mils.SPC Flooring features a 4.5 mils rigid core with an HOA compliant IXPE pad that is 1.5 millimeters thick. The SPC core is co-extruded during the manufacturing process to make the product much more durable and rigid than traditional vinyl flooring. All SPC Floorings is backed by a 25 year limited Warranty for Residential and 10 year Limited Warranty for Commercial. Sample size is about 3".
