Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unused and undamaged merchandise, returned in 30 days of purchase, will qualify for an exchange and will be subject to a 33% restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, no refund or exchange is applicable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Factory Floorings reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return. The customer will be responsible for pick-up and re-delivery charges on merchandise exchanges or returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the purchase receipt/proof back to the manufacturer.
If any of the conditions below apply, the return is non-applicable
- Any item not in its original condition and/or damaged or missing parts not caused by our company.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then the refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The number of days it takes to process may be subject to change depending on the original transaction.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe that you have not been refunded, please double check with your bank and/or card company to make sure there was not an error. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Factory Floorings only replaces items if they are defective and/or damaged out of the box. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@factoryfloorings.com and send your item to: Factory Floorings, 167 University Pkwy, Pomona CA 91768, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, contact us to receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Policy
Factory Floorings is committed to providing all our customers with great service, and shipping is no exception. We use only the most reputable and reliable freight carriers to deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
Delivery Info
The delivery dates are only estimates. We recommend retaining the mill code information from each box, and waiting to schedule an installation after receiving the product. All orders will be processed within the following business day. Should the order contain all "In-Stock" items, it will ship the following business day after processing. Upon shipment, we will send an email containing tracking information along with the name of the freight carrier handling your shipment. For any orders not shipped via UPS, the freight carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Once the delivery leaves our warehouse, the actual delivery date and time is dependent upon the freight carrier. Tracking information will be made available once the product leaves our warehouse.

Orders with a total weight of less than 150 lbs. are shipped UPS ground. Any order with a total weight of 150 lbs. or greater will be shipped via a freight carrier other than UPS. All of our freight shipments require you to be present – your signature will be required. Freight shipments cannot be delivered unless a responsible adult is present at the shipping address during the scheduled delivery time frame given by the shipping company.
IF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OR IF THE FREIGHT CARRIER CANNOT REACH YOU TO COORDINATE A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.
For safety reasons, all orders are delivered to an accessible, outdoor location like a garage or carport or freight shipments will be unloaded curbside. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange movement of the materials beyond this point. Delivery personnel are not permitted to enter a customer's home at any time or for any reason.
